Our gas systems meet federal and California Air Resources Board emissions regulations. Our in-bed tanks are baffled in three places and come with all components needed for installation. They operate using our patented TRAX-II or Express UFS operating systems. Transfer Flow offers an optional Camper Shell Fillneck kit that allows you to fill our in-bed tanks through a camper shell. It’s designed to fit under a Pace-Edwards retractable bed cover. It’s available in powdercoated black aluminized steel.TRAX-II consists of an auxiliary fuel tank, an in-line pump, an auxiliary sending unit, a wire harness, an installation kit, and a dash mounted LCD computer module.TRAX-II functions similar to a computer controlled balance line. The computer determines the fuel level of the stock tank, the level of the auxiliary tank, and the status of the vehicle’s fuel system once every few seconds. Transfer Flow has introduced midship replacement fuel tank systems for 2003 – 2009 GM C4500/C5500 diesel cab chassis. They replace either an OEM midship or aft axle fuel tank system, and are available for 60″, 84″, 108″, 120″, and 126″ CAs.The midship replacement fuel systems come with all parts needed for installation, including straps and mounting hardware. The fuel tanks are made from a combination of 12 and 14-gauge aluminized steel for superior rust resistance and strength. Each fuel tank is baffled to reduce fuel sloshing, and is powder coated black for a durable finish. They come with our 60,000/3 year limited warranty.An assortment of retrofit fillneck kits for the GM cab chassis are also available from Transfer Flow at OC DIESEL.
